Sweet whey powder is a product obtained by drying rennet whey. The main component of whey is lactose, but the most valuable are very well-absorbed whey proteins.

It has excellent cold and hot solubility. It is also an ideal ingredient for protein standardization of other instant milk powders.
It is a powder obtained by spray drying of properly selected ingredients.

The fat content is 28%, while the protein level is around 4%.
