Sweet whey powder is a product obtained by drying rennet whey. The main component of whey is lactose, but the most valuable are very well-absorbed whey proteins.

Skimmed milk powder instant
Skimmed milk powder instant is obtained from fresh pasteurised milk, subjected to concentration and spray drying.
In addition, during drying, we subject it to a process thanks to which its wettability and solubility are immediate, i.e. we obtain an instant product.
The product has very good wettability, dissolves in water in a few seconds, faster than standard skimmed milk powder.
Milk fat is reduced to 1.5% and the water level does not exceed 4% – thanks to this, we guarantee a 24-month shelf life.
